Voluntary resolutions
Aligned with our mission to drive social transformation, the major companies within ClosinGap (Merck, MAPFRE, Repsol, BMW Group, Mahou San Miguel & Solán de Cabras, PwC, CaixaBank, ONCE, KREAB, Fundación CEOE and Telefónica) have designed a comprehensive plan comprising 15 voluntary agreements aimed at advancing the eradication of gender gaps.
The plan
This is an ambitious roadmap focused on making the most of female potential as a strategic force for the country’s growth, and it calls for the commitment and support of society as a whole, with a specific emphasis on public bodies and businesses.
